How The Job Runs
1. We look first

Will roof cleaning damage my shingles?
Not the way we do it. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right chemistry. High pressure strips the granules off asphalt shingles and shortens roof life, which is exactly why we do not use it on roofs.
How long does a clean roof stay clean?
In Florida humidity it depends on shade, tree cover, and which direction the slope faces. North facing and heavily shaded roofs regrow first.
